City Council commits to debt financing to fund a new Central Library

We are thrilled with today’s City Council’s decision to commit to debt financing and a dedicated mill rate request (in principle) to fund a new Central Library. With that promise, we can move forward and ask potential partners how they might help us build something amazing. That process will take over a year to complete. We have a long road ahead of us, but we’ll get there, and today’s decision was a big step forward. Thanks for your continued support of Regina Public Library!
